Experience tranquility and rejuvenation with our monthly wellness event series, "Yoga under the Gate" at DIFC, in partnership with YOFit. Join us on the last Wednesday of each month for a journey towards wellness:

• Opening Meditation: Begin with meditation to ground yourself.

• Mindful Movement: Flow through yoga poses for strength and balance.

• Monthly Reflection: Reflect on your journey and increase your self-awareness. 

• Intention Setting: Empower yourself with positive goals for the month ahead.

• Closing Meditation: Leave refreshed and inspired.
